Between Thanksgiving dinner and dessert, we passed around a little pumpkin. Whoever was holding the pumpkin told everyone what they were thankful for.
The girls loved passing around the pumpkin and they were so cute telling everyone what they were thankful for....
Mara: I'm thankful for my family.
Emily: Mommy and Daddy.
Becca: Da, da, ,da, da, da.
When we were done, we were all smiling at the sweet family time. Mara blurted out....
Mara: I'm thankful for DESSERT!!!
That's my girl!

In fact, I've been morning the pecan pie I didn't get so much that I'm considering making one just for me this weekend.
